Origin: This is a Doujutsu that some say originated from experimenting with the Uchiha Clan's Kekke Genkai, The Sharingan, and implanting it with genes that counter balance with the jutsu known as, The Chimera Technique. All though throughout Ninja History there has been but one incident where this Kekke Genkai has been seen, during the First Great Ninja War. A Masked Vigilante sprung from the ashes of fallen warriors to aid, not one side, but both sides equally. As the war came to the end, this ninja was seen with the the Founder of Konohagakure and the Rival Uchiha Leader, him forcing the two to sign a treaty ending the war. Yet, this may have proved to be nothing more than a legend, but since then the Kekke Genkai has made it's presence into the world, this time in the eyes of the young Setoshi Sōichirō.

Through the Eyes of a God: Setoshi Sōichirō has yet to show his true colors in and off battle, or even show the Third Stage of his Kekke Genkai. Apparently, these eyes of his cost no Chakra to have activated, seeing as he walks around using them around his village as he pleases. It is truly unknown if this Kekke Genkai can be passed down to a child or even if the line of which it remains, ends with Setoshi. Setoshi likes to clearly state that his eyes are only fitted to the body of which they where made, any who attempt to try else where will suffer from a Chakra Voltage and Quick Depletion of Chakra by activating.

Kekkei Genkai:
- Name: Kiomegan

The Kiomegan is a very limited Doujutsu, whose eye abilities and characteristics differ from each user, but the three primary functions that most user are granted are: The Eye of Awakening, The Sacred Eye, The Eyes of Sorrow. Each eye carrying different abilities which are shown below, but the main function of the Kiomegan is the Chimera Technique. By simply using an opponents five senses against them the user can gain access to all of there, Jutsu, Elemental Affinities, and Kekke Genkai. There is a noted two more stages,but Setoshi has not yet brought forth anymore abilities.

States:

The Eye of Awakening: This can only be obtained when the user has first performed the Chimera Technique, by simply channeling there chakra while using the jutsu to their eyes do they gain access to even greater power. In this state of the Doujutsu the users has the ability to see ones chakra path, elemental affinity, and use a certain jutsu to switch there own Elemental Affinity to that of the opponent, they then can use jutsu that the opponent knows of that element, only up to there rank. This eye is presented in the Right eye. The users Speed, Stamina and Chakra level increase one level, so a Genin's chakra Level would be at a Chunnins.(Constantly Drains Chakra 1/10 every post)

• Abilities at each Level:
- Academy: Can copy one Elemental Affinity
- Genin: Can only Copy two Elemental Affinities, but one every four posts.
- Chunnin: Can Copy three Elemental Affinities, but Two every four posts.
- Jounin: Can Copy four Elemental Affinities, but Three every four posts.


The Sacred Eye: This Eye form can only be obtained through self inflicted pain, pain in which is so great that even becomes life threatening to accomplish. By going through such pain this eye forms in the Left eye, awakening a variety of possibilities. While this eye is used the user gains the same ability as the Eye of Awakening, plus by using a certain jutsu gain all knowledge of jutsu his opponent knows. He can then use these jutsu, Jutsu known by the opponent require full value, but jutsu already known by the user only use 1/4th the chakra needed. *By using this eye form the user loses all memory from there past, so after the user deactivates this they blackout and wake-up with the no memory of anything whatsoever*


The Eyes of Sorrow: This eyes form can only be achieved by achieving knowledge of ones past, seeing as the Second Form of the Kiomegan when first used stores away all Memory of ones past, locking it away in a sort of cage which can't be accessed. The user must seek out any ninja who has abilities to seek into ones mind and have them extract these memories and have them made present to the user. The user now gains all abilities from his/her past eyes, but now by using a certain jutsu the user gains access to there opponents Kekke Genkai. Yet, they have now all the abilities of there opponent, Kekke Genkai wise, they lose all knowledge of any Kekke Genkai extraction. (Meaning they wouldn't be able to use that Kekke Genkai outside of that topic)

Description: Through the use of the Chimera techniques Abilities, the user unlocks this jutsu. By generating sound from the vocal cords, the user can use his chakra to redirect sounds waves in midair to his intended target. By the attacking at the victim's inner ear, the victim is rendered off-balance and nauseous. The Sound waves travel back from his opponent back to the user, thus gaining them the ability of there First Eye.The Dissolved Harmonix can also be directed through water weight to similar effect. Therefore the greater fat index an opponent has, the more they are affected by this.

Name: Kimera no Jutsu (Chimera Technique)

Description: The Chimera Technique is a technique that was developed by Hiruko, a missing-nin of Konohagakure, in order to compensate for his lack of natural special abilities. Superficially similar to the Chakra Absorption Technique, Hiruko uses this technique to forcibly extract the physical and spiritual energy of another ninja and inhale it through his mouth. It appears that he is able to completely remove the victim's chakra, potentially causing death.

After using this ability, Hiruko is able to detect their natural elemental affinity, and then manipulate the victim's chakra and perform ninjutsu of that element. This presumably allows him to utilize all forms of Nature Transformation. However, the most important feature of this ability, and the reason for its creation, is that it also allows Hiruko to absorb and adopt any Kekkei Genkai and abilities if that his victim may possess, giving him access to a host of additional abilities and special traits.
