kkg question ~

I've been thinking and its come to my attention about using the KKG, Sharingan.

I know that when a person uses the activated Sharingan it a big bonus but, it does drain the users chakra.

Now that we have the Chakra Cost System up and running, I have idea to make sure ppl with Sharingan doesn't become OP during a Topic.

Name: 1 Tomoe Sharingan

Description:This 1 Tomoed Sharingan is used to predict the enemies movements, but not as well as 2 Tomoe Sharingan.Has the powers capable to see the chakra flow.
Can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.

To get eternal Mangekyo Sharingan you have to have the eye of a Uchiha members eyes put into your eye sockets surgically, chance of Permament blindness. The eternal Mangekyo Sharingan also halves the chakra cost of jutsu like Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi.

I Believe it's pretty good But I would bump up the Chakra Costs on the Second and Third Tomoe.

I say ~

Second Should be: 150 CC Per Post with it activated

Third Should be: 275 CC Per Post with it activated

If it's a Tomoe or Higher Sharingan, add the appropriate chakra cost from the guidelines...

Ok Zane I understand.

Bliss, doujutsu does not take that much chakra to use. maybe for activation, but after that it would be muh much lower, and it is much easier to maintain then to activate.
